Great Western Brewery When Kevin spotted an old derelict bakery for sale in Hambrook, he knew it was the perfect place to make his dream of setting up a brewery a reality. That was in 2006 and today it's a 10-barrel brewery, capable of producing up to 360 gallons of beer daily, using water from a fresh spring on site.
